After several calls to internet provider with complaints and intermittent wifi and regular connection issues, I phoned Philip to ask about my options for a more reliable wifi connection. He promptly suggested a new router, a relatively inexpensive fix. My internet provider replied “You are trying to connect too many devices and there is no way to fix it” to the same request. A few days later, I was on the verge of throwing my wireless printer out the window, so I called Philip to see how soon he could come and install this new router. Within a few hours, Domonique was at my door. While trying to configure the router, Domonique quickly discovered how old and out dated my PC was. Without any hesitation he ran to the car to get his laptop. While finishing the router setup on his laptop, he ran a barrage of scans and tests on my PC. For an hour and a half, he battled with adding and removing programs that were causing major issues. After fixing several major problems, my PC is running faster and cleaner than it did the day we bought it 10 years ago!

It’s almost a shame, I was really looking forward to throwing it off my roof like I did my old printer. I’m so excited about my PC that I almost forgot about how fantastic the new router is working! No connection problems! I should also mention that my connection speed has doubled as well. Philip also recovered some very important lost data the other day as well! He did it over the phone while I watched from my office. Lifesaver!!!! Thank you, for your fast response, excellent service, and sending a very respectful representative to help me out. Domonique went above and beyond, and I look forward to using your services in the future.

It was time for me to get a new computer and have it installed. I contacted Philip a couple of weeks in advance to give him a heads up and on the Friday before Family Day, Philip arrived to set up my system and transfer all my data from my old computer to my new one. It was determined that my old Mac was just too old to do a straight forward data transfer and he had to bring both computers to his shop so he could finish the transfer using another computer on the weekend.

On the holiday Monday, Philip came back with both Macs and finished the set up so that I would be up and running on Tuesday. Philip had also determined that my old Mac was definitely worth some coin and I could sell it for a good price. He printed out all the info I needed to pop it on to www.usedvictoria.com. Philip went above and beyond. He was super fast, super friendly, and even delivered and finished my computer installment on a holiday! On top of that he erased the data from my old Mac so it is ready to sell and gave me all the info I needed to do it. Super service!!! Thank you Philip!

I have needed your services on a few occasions and have always been very happy with any product and service you have sold me. It was a no-brainer that I contact you to arrange for 2 laptops for my boys as Grade 12 grad presents. You made it easy because you did the shopping for me. Not only did you recommend the laptops I should be purchasing, but you also got them running super quickly and even uploaded Microsoft Office, which I purchased for my graduates as the laptops are primarily meant to be used for College.

What I did not know is that, because of you, my sons never leave their rooms anymore accept to go to the fridge. You warned me that this could happen – and you are absolutely right! Dear Mega I.T.,

I would highly recommend Philip Li of MEGA I.T. to anyone who requires repairs and service for their home and computers and devices. Philip listened and understood our issues and took immediate steps to address the problems. Working from a list of “problems”, Philip worked quickly to resolve each one in turn. A couple of items he was not able to fix at the time as I was unsure of the location of the driver software, but later in the evening he was able to perform installs and tune-ups remotely.

In addition to his time at the first visit, Philip has also provided support and education as questions arose in the days following his repair call. His prices are reasonable and the convenience of in-home service is unmatched. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Philip the next time I have concerns with my computer system.
